Sunday was a low key day. Annikah woke up about 0330 and her daddy heard her playing in the room. He went in to find her sitting in the bathroom floor(the girls’ room has an attached bathroom) wearing a pair of Zoie’s shoes and flipping through a book. It only took a second to SMELL the reason why she was awake. She’d made it to the bathroom and got a book, but with no one awake to help her, the poop explosion happened in the diaper! Daddy cleaned her up and put her in the bed with him (he’d slept in the room across the hall with both doors open so that he could hear her if she woke up). She went back to sleep and I went and woke them up at 0700 (so that she could get on a normal schedule).
She stuck close to mommy the first hour or so. She’s sick….lots and lots of green snot that started the day before we left Bulgaria….so she’s taking some cold medicine to get us through the weekend (her first doctor’s appointment is Monday morning). So, she’s not feeling 100% right now. She and I explored the house, but as soon as the kids started pulling all the toys out in the playroom, her eyes lit up and she was ready to play!
Here are a few moments that I managed to catch with the camera from the day:
She took a bath in the big bathtub with both her sisters(sorry, no bath photos on the blog!). After the bath, I dried her hair and then she had to dry Olivia’s”
She played a lot of jingle bells….. 
After lunch, we all went outside. The weather was nice today and all the kids were thrilled to be outside! 
She did a good job pushing Xander in the swing. Xander also enjoyed this, since most of his other siblings quickly lose interest in the pushing game!
She had an ulterior motive though…she wanted a turn!
